Precautions and methods of stamping elbow should be strictly paid attention to in use to ensure the quality and performance of stamping elbow, so that it has a good service life.  

Item 1: The stamping elbow has a large hardening after welding and is prone to crack. Item 2:In order to improve the corrosion resistance and weldability of the stamping elbow, Ti, Nb, Mo and other stable elements should be properly added in the production, so that the weldability is better than that of the chromium stamping elbow.  When using the same type of chromium stainless steel stamping elbow, it should be preheated at more than 200℃ and tempered at about 800℃ after welding.  If the welding parts can not be heat treated, chromium nickel stainless steel stamping elbow should be selected.  

Event 3: Stamping elbow has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, good characteristics promote its use and promotion in different fields, widely used in chemical, chemical fertilizer, petroleum, medical machinery manufacturing.  

Item 4: Stamping elbow has certain corrosion resistance (oxidizing acid, organic acid, cavitation), heat resistance and wear resistance.  Usually used in power stations, chemical, petroleum and other equipment and materials.  The chromium stainless steel stamping elbow has poor weldability, so attention should be paid to the welding process, heat treatment conditions and the selection of appropriate electrode.  

Item 5: there are titanium calcium type and low hydrogen type for stamping elbow.  Titanium calcium type can be used for AC and DC, but the depth of AC welding is shallow, and it is easy to redder, so the stainless steel stamping elbow uses DC power supply as far as possible.  

Item 6: stamping elbow should be kept dry, when using titanium calcium type should be 1 hour after 150 ℃ drying, low hydrogen type should be 1 hour after the 200-250 ℃ drying (can't repeat drying, otherwise coated easy cracking flake), prevent stainless steel stamping elbow coated sticky oil and other dirt, lest cause stainless steel stamping elbow weld increased carbon content and affect the quality of weldment.  

Item seven: stamping elbow welding, after heating will release carbide, carbide precipitation by repeated heating, released carbide will affect the performance of stamping elbow, reduce corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
