3. Temperature resistance performance:
Thick-walled seamless pipe alloy carbides have strong stability at high temperatures, wear-resistant steel plates can be used within 500 ℃, other special requirements temperature can be customized production, can meet the conditions within 1200 ℃; ceramic, polyurethane , High-molecular materials and other wear-resistant materials with adhesive methods cannot meet such high temperature requirements.
4. Connection performance:
The base material of the thick-walled seamless pipe is ordinary Q235 steel plate, which ensures the toughness and plasticity of the wear-resistant steel plate, and provides the strength to resist external forces. It can be connected with other structures by various methods such as welding, plug welding, and bolt connection, and the connection is firm. Easy to fall off, more connection methods than other materials.
5. Select performance:
Thick-walled seamless pipe manufacturers choose substrates of different thicknesses, and surfacing alloy wear-resistant layers of different layers and thicknesses, and steel plates of different thicknesses and different purposes can be obtained, and the thickness can reach more than 30 mm;
6. Processing performance:
